Answering questions
Visitors ask questions on your page — about card payment, about your smoking area, about what is on the menu. You are the only one who can really answer them.
How it works

Find your coffeeshop and open its page.

Fill in the claim form: your name, your role, your chamber of commerce number and how to reach you.

We get in touch and check that you are authorised to act for the shop.

Once approved, the check appears on your page and you can reply.
After approval: your own management page
Opening hours that are right, your own photos, the features visitors look for and an official menu — all kept up to date from your own management page. How we set that up for your shop is something we discuss in the same conversation.
What you cannot buy here
A position. Paying will not move you up the list, and being featured is an editorial choice we make. What you can do as an owner changes nothing about where you stand.

What does claiming cost?
Nothing. Verification and the check are free, and stay free.
Can I claim more than one coffeeshop?
Yes. If you run several locations you manage them all from the same account — you do claim them one by one.
Who checks that I am the owner?
We do, by hand. We get in touch using the number or email address you give us, and check that it matches the shop.
